7月28日（日）IJCSは28歳の誕生日を迎えます！ IJCSシンガポール国際日本語教会の誕生に深くかかわった、当時のシンガポールバプテスト連盟総主事だったJohn Chang先生をメッセンジャーとして迎えます。 80代なかばになっても精力的に世界中で聖書のことを伝え続けているパワフルな先生です。 一緒にこの記念の礼拝にご参加いただけるとうれしいです。 ズームで日本からも参加できます。 シンガポールでの礼拝は日曜日　午後4時からです。 7 Kay Poh Road Kay Poh Road Baptist Church L1 どうぞ、おでかけください。 IJCS Internationa Japanese Church of Singapore is going to celebrate its 28th Anniversary on 28 July. IJCS invited special speaker, Pastor John Chang, well known speaker in Singapore and he deeply commited to start IJCS while he was the Exective Dicrector of Singapore Baptist Convention at that time. 多くの人が集まり、キリスト復活の日であるイースターを祝うことが出来ました。 聖歌隊や、子供のための「イースターって何？」など特別なイベントもあり、 非常に楽しい一日となりました。 Many people gathered and were able to celebrate Easter, which is the day of Christ’s resurrection. There were special events such as choirs and “What is Easter?” for children, making it a very enjoyable day. 

  今年のイースター（復活祭）は３月31日（日）です。 イースターはイエス・キリストの復活を記念する、やり直しができる人生に希望をいただく日です。 聖歌隊の歌、イースターの歌を歌ったり、イースターメッセージを聞きます。 子どもたちのプログラムもあります。 初めての方、クリスチャンでない方も、お気軽にお出かけください。 礼拝後に、教会メンバーの持ち寄りによる食事会もあります。 イースター礼拝は、午後4時開始となります。 場所：Kay　Poh Road教会　2階礼拝堂　7 Kay Poh Road IJCS is going to celebrate Easter Service on 31 March, Sunday, 4;00 pm We will have choir, Easter singing, Missionary report from Cambodia Children's program will be provided. 先週の礼拝でも多くの人々が集まることができました。 ユースが力強く礼拝での歌をリードしてくれたことに感謝します。

  Confession of Faith 24 Dec 2023   I learnt about Christianity through my paternal grandmother. She taught me that “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son (John 3:16)”. She showed me what it was like to walk in faith, how to pray and serve God. 私は父方の祖母を通してキリスト教について学びました。祖母は、『神はそのひとり子をお与えになったほどに世を愛された（ヨハネによる福音書 3 章 16 節）』と教えてくれました。祖母は、信仰をもって歩むとはどういうことか、どのように祈り、主に仕えるかを教えてくれました。 However when I grew older and moved away from Singapore, these teachings were far from my mind. I began to question my own religion. There were times when I would even follow my university friends to different temples just to see what “religion was like for others”. In hindsight, I was curious about the world but deep down inside, I knew that all these religions did not sit right with me. 12月24日のクリスマス礼拝には、たいへん多くの方々をお迎えすることができました。 子どもたちのクリスマス劇や聖歌隊の歌、チャイムの演奏もありました。 わたしたちに、希望、平和、喜び、愛を伝えてくださる主イエス・キリストの誕生を祝いました。 IJCS celebrated the birth of Jesus Christ who brought us "Hope", "Peace", "Joy" and "Love". We had handbell, Children's Christmas pageant, choir and Christmas message at the worship service. これからも続けて、IJCSの礼拝とSunday School にいつでもいらしてください。 毎週日曜日、午後4時からです。
